I’m Marc Smith, Founder of Complete Fitness. I’m in the fitness industry for over 15 years and understand the issues that face many people on their fitness journey.

I used to be 18 stone and always wanted to lose weight and feel good. I wanted to have my clothes to fit nicely on the body, and be able to wear clothes that were not XL.

I can relate to the frustrations that you have of trying different courses, or different slimming groups, only to find out they didn’t work in the long run.
