Athlete fitness and nutrition programs by Complete fitness are highly customised and sports specific. We work with individual athletes or in team environments. Programs are built based on the sport, position, and current skill level of the athlete.

We train athletes at every level from amateur to elite level athletes to maximize performance and minimize the risk of injury.

The best part is your training is all online so you can workout anytime, anywhere.

Individual Athlete pricing plans

Standard

The Standard plan is ideal for individuals with some experience and a higher level of comfort with resistance training and cardio formats but are looking for a new approach. This program will provide intermediate and advances exercisers with a periodisation structure, alternative exercises, creativity, and motivation. 

Complete 

The Complete plan is ideal for individuals seeking an expertly crafted and personally guided exercise program with more accountability than the Standard option. We will develop an all-inclusive training program that may include corrective exercise strategies, integrated strength training, core manoeuvres, functional activities, and a fresh cardio plan. Your trainer will closely monitor any adaptation and refine every few weeks to accelerate your results safely and effectively.

Premium 

The Complete plan is ideal for individuals seeking an expertly crafted and personally guided exercise program with more accountability than the Standard option.
