Keeping our classes small allows us focus on what’s important YOU.

With a maximum of 9 per class, our instructors can monitor your progress from the time that you begin your classes with us. The smaller classes brings bigger and better results, with greater emphasis on technique, breathing, posture, core strength, mobility and flexibility.

We have a wide range of classes to suit all fitness levels and abilities. We tailor our clases in such a way everybody gets the training session they need. Check out our Timetable to book a class

As with our personal training, individual consultatiuons are conducted to put a strategy in place to allow you achieve goals. We can then develop a plan to incorporate our classes which include MetCon, TRX Functional Movement, TRX HIIT, Beginers to Advanced Pilates classes, Dynamic Core and Strength Classes and Pilates Barre classes.

We are currently running an introductory special offer of 3 Clases for €25.00. This included all clasees run in our Pembroke Street and Mount Street locations.
